Compensation range: $2000 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview:This is a hybrid, multi-functional support role working closely with management to drive day-to-day operations and business efficiency. You’ll be a key contributor across ecommerce, marketing, administration, systems coordination, and customer support, helping keep everything organised, on track, and running smoothly.

The right person is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple areas of the business. You take ownership of your work, support workflow efficiency, and contribute to improving systems, online presence, and overall customer experience across a growing operation.

Key Responsibilities: 

Ecommerce & Website Management 

• Upload and maintain products on Shopify 
• Update pricing, collections and product information 
• Assist with website updates and landing pages 
• Maintain online sporting club portals 
• Help organise online product categories and navigation 
• Assist with online promotions and campaigns 
• Monitor and update ecommerce content 
• Assist with SEO and product descriptions

Marketing & Social Media Support 

• Create and schedule social media content 
• Assist with Canva graphics and marketing materials 
• Support email marketing campaigns 
• Help organise marketing calendars and promotions 
• Assist with reels, video content and basic editing 
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms 
• Support promotional campaigns and seasonal sales 
• Assist with content planning and execution 

Systems & Operations Support 

• Assist with POS and product database management 
• Maintain spreadsheets and reporting systems 
• Support workflow organisation and process improvement 
• Assist with inventory and product management 
• Help with file organisation and cloud storage systems 
• Support automation and system integration projects 
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation 
• Assist management with operational projects 

Administration & Customer Support 

• Assist with customer follow-ups and communication 
• Manage emails and basic administration tasks 
• Data entry and order management support 
• Coordinate with internal staff and suppliers 
• Assist with customer service enquiries 
• Help organise business documentation and records 
• Support management with day-to-day operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:
