Job Role: VA Ops, Ecomm, Market Coordinator
Compensation range: $2000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, youâll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview:This is a hybrid, multi-functional support role working closely with management to drive day-to-day operations and business efficiency. Youâll be a key contributor across ecommerce, marketing, administration, systems coordination, and customer support, helping keep everything organised, on track, and running smoothly.
The right person is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple areas of the business. You take ownership of your work, support workflow efficiency, and contribute to improving systems, online presence, and overall customer experience across a growing operation.
Key Responsibilities:Â
Ecommerce & Website ManagementÂ
- Upload and maintain products on ShopifyÂ
- Update pricing, collections and product informationÂ
- Assist with website updates and landing pagesÂ
- Maintain online sporting club portalsÂ
- Help organise online product categories and navigationÂ
- Assist with online promotions and campaignsÂ
- Monitor and update ecommerce contentÂ
- Assist with SEO and product descriptions
Marketing & Social Media SupportÂ
- Create and schedule social media contentÂ
- Assist with Canva graphics and marketing materialsÂ
- Support email marketing campaignsÂ
- Help organise marketing calendars and promotionsÂ
- Assist with reels, video content and basic editingÂ
- Maintain brand consistency across all platformsÂ
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal salesÂ
- Assist with content planning and executionÂ
Systems & Operations SupportÂ
- Assist with POS and product database managementÂ
- Maintain spreadsheets and reporting systemsÂ
- Support workflow organisation and process improvementÂ
- Assist with inventory and product managementÂ
- Help with file organisation and cloud storage systemsÂ
