Job Role: Meta Ads Marketing Manager
Compensation range: 1,800 - 3,000 AUD Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who The Client Is: A fast-growing Australian wellness and fitness brand focused on creating community-driven fitness experiences through Reformer Pilates, Barre, strength, and wellness classes. Founded by fitness industry veteran, the company has rapidly expanded across Australia and internationally through its boutique studio and franchise model. The brand focuses on delivering welcoming, results-driven, and community-oriented wellness experiences.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Meta Ads & Campaign Manager to manage Meta advertising campaigns across multiple studio locations throughout Australia and the USA.
This role requires strong operational, technical, and communication skills across multiple platforms, systems, and business locations.
The successful candidate will manage the full advertising workflow, including Meta Business setup, studio onboarding, ad account management, integrations, tracking, landing page updates, campaign creation, optimisation, reporting, and ongoing studio communication.
This role involves managing a complex advertising ecosystem across multiple studios, including coordination of Meta assets, ad accounts, tracking systems, landing pages, lead flow, and reporting systems to ensure campaigns run effectively and consistently in line with HQ processes and brand standards.
The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage campaigns, troubleshoot technical issues, and work proactively within established systems without ongoing training or supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Meta Advertising & Campaign Management
- Create, launch, and manage Meta ads across Facebook and Instagram
- Run lead generation campaigns for studio memberships, promotions, and brand awareness
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance to improve leads, conversions, and cost efficiency
- Test audiences, creatives, and retargeting strategies
- Track budgets, performance metrics, and lead flow across multiple locations
- Troubleshoot issues such as rejected ads, tracking errors, and integration problems
Studio Onboarding & Account Setup
- Onboard new studios into the Meta advertising system
- Set up and manage Meta Business Manager structures, permissions, and access
- Configure:
- Ad accounts
- Meta Pixel
- Tracking and attribution systems
- Lead forms
- CRM integrations
- Payment methods
- Manage integrations with Hapana Grow and other lead systems
- Set up and update landing pages in the CMS environment
- Support studios with technical setup and troubleshooting
Landing Pages, Creative & Asset Management
- Update landing pages using HQ-approved offers and messaging
- Ensure all pages align with live campaigns and brand guidelines
- Manage creative assets including photos, videos, logos, and marketing materials
- Organise and maintain digital asset folders and campaign files
- Use Canva templates and brand systems where required
- Ensure consistency across all advertising assets and campaigns
Reporting, Communication & Operations
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaigns, approvals, and integrations
- Communicate clearly with studio owners and HQ teams
- Provide updates on campaign performance and technical issues
- Support workflow improvements and process optimisation
- Help build scalable advertising systems and documentation
- 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns independently
- Strong experience with Meta Business Manager, Facebook, and Instagram ads
- Experience setting up:
- Meta Pixel
- Tracking and attribution systems
- Lead forms
- CRM integrations
- Landing pages
- Conversion tracking
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple locations or franchise-style businesses
- Strong understanding of lead generation and cost-per-lead optimisation
- Experience with WordPress or CMS website updates
- Ability to update pages, forms, and campaign assets without developer support
- Experience with Canva, Google Drive, Dropbox, or asset management tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Meta ads and lead systems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and locations independently
Nice to have:
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or multi-location service businesses
- Experience with Squarespace
- Experience with CRM systems such as Hapana Grow
- Experience working with Australian clients
