Compensation Snapshot

Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Location: Fully Remote

Time Commitment: Full-Time

Monthly Base Compensation

USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on experience, technical capability, AI proficiency, business analysis expertise, and overall alignment with the role.

Performance Incentives

About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager with Business Analysis expertise, you'll lead the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of multiple concurrent initiatives across product, automation, operations, marketing technology, AI implementation, and digital transformation.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, map workflows, identify risks, prioritize initiatives, manage delivery, and continuously improve business processes.

This is an AI-first role.

You'll actively leverage AI throughout planning, documentation, analysis, communication, reporting, testing, and project delivery to significantly improve quality and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

Technical Project Management

• Lead multiple concurrent technology and business projects.
• Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
• Monitor project health and proactively manage risks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Business Analysis

• Gather and document business requirements.

Required Qualifications

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution.

You should have:

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Program Management, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience managing technical and cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with developers, designers, technical architects, and executive leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.

AI-First Business Analysis
