Waiter / Waitress - Kuwait

We are hiring experiencedWaiter / Waitress for a reputed restaurant group inKuwait.

Key Responsibilities

·        Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements

·        Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions

·        Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar teams

·        Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards

·        Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to customer needs promptly

·        Handle guest complaints professionally and inform supervisors when required

·        Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining tables and service stations

·        Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests

·        Process bills and handle payments accurately when required

·        Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

·        Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards at all times

·        Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties

·        High school diploma or equivalent preferred

·        1–3 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality industry preferred

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·        Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

·        Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage

·        Ability to stand and walk for extended hours

·        Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
