RESTAURANT MANAGER – KUWAIT |

We are hiring an experiencedRestaurant Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining service standards, managing the team, and achieving operational efficiency in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service

• Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including waiters, supervisors, and support staff

• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

• Monitor food and beverage service quality, presentation, and consistency

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service

• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally

• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline

• Train and motivate team members to maintain high service standards

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety regulations

• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize operational wastage

• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports when required

• Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, organized, and professional environment

• Support management in achieving sales and operational targets

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred

• Minimum4–6 years of experience in restaurant operations

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory/management role

• Experience in reputed restaurants, premium dining, or high-volume restaurant operations preferred

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills

• Good physical fitness and professional presentation

• Minimum height:5'4"

• Age:21–30 years preferred; up to 35+ for senior/experienced candidates

• Young, energetic, and willing to learn

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Gulf experience preferred

• Salary: KWD 400 + KWD 25 meal allowance
