Dynamics CRM Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedDynamics CRM Developer with strong expertise inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, C#, integrations, and CRM solution development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.

Technical Skills

• Strong development and design experience withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse.

• Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Power Platform, including:

  • Power Automate

  • Canvas Apps

  • Model-Driven Apps

• Experience developing:

  • CRM Plugins

  • JavaScript

  • Power Automate Flows

• Ability to configure CRM components and model CRM data based on business requirements.

• Experience withintegrations using Power Automate, Connectors, APIs, and custom API development.

• StrongMicrosoft C# skills for developing CRM custom extensions and plugins.

• Experience withDynamics 365 Solutions, Solution Deployments, ALM, and Security Design.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for application development issues.

• Experience withOut-of-the-Box (OOB) Reports, Dashboards, and Power BI.

• Experience withCopilot in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365.

• Hands-on experience withCopilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry, including development of AI agents and/or chatbots.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work effectively within anAgile delivery model.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand CRM requirements.

• Create technical designs by interacting with client stakeholders.

• Provide effective CRM solutions within tight delivery timelines.

• ConductCRM solution approach and technical workshops with stakeholders.

• CreateHigh-Level Technical Designs (HLTD).

• Manage CRM environments acrossDevelopment, Testing, UAT, and Production.

• Provide deployment and production support for CRM solutions.

• Troubleshoot application issues and work collaboratively with the development team to implement solutions.

Required Skills

• Primary Skill: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

• Experience: 6–8 Years

• Work Location: Malvern, PA — Onsite

• Employment Type: Contract, 12+ Months

Certifications

• D365 Certification: PL-600, PL-200, or AB-100 preferred/required.

• AZ-900 certification is preferred.

• Knowledge ofAzure components and services is preferred.
