Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedData Solution Architect with strong expertise in designing and architecting enterprise-scale data solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer data architecture, identity resolution, real-time data movement, digital data collection, and customer analytics.

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical / Functional Skills

• 10+ years of experience architecting and designing enterprise-scale data solutions.

• Strong experience with AWS cloud services, including:

  • Amazon S3

  • AWS Glue

  • AWS Lambda

  • Amazon Redshift

  • Amazon API Gateway

  • Amazon DynamoDB

  • Event-driven architectures

• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud data platforms.

• Experience with:

  • Customer Identity Resolution

  • Identity Graphs

  • Customer 360

  • Customer Profile Unification

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Enterprise Customer Data Architecture

  • Data Integration

  • APIs

  • Real-Time Data Movement

• Strong understanding of:

  • Digital Data Collection

  • Tag Management

  • Customer Analytics

  • Digital Tracking Frameworks

Roles & Responsibilities

• Help maintain and enhance the enterprise identity graph.

• Maintain and update digital data collection processes, including tag-based data feeds into the identity graph.

• Optimize customer matching logic and identity resolution processes.

• Architect and define enterprise use cases for the identity graph.

• Own the architecture for customer data movement across the enterprise.

• Develop and maintain the roadmap for the enterprise customer data strategy.

• Lead and support technical milestones associated with the rollout of the customer data strategy.

• Help design and establish a comprehensive enterprise data ecosystem or “data subway map.”

• Collaborate with analytics and data teams to improve customer data accuracy and digital tracking capabilities.

• Design solutions to support media operations and related customer data initiatives.

• Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Analytics, Data, and Engineering teams.

• Ensure data solutions are scalable, secure, integrated, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of MarTech and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).

• Experience with Media Operations and Audience Activation.

• Knowledge of Customer Segmentation and audience management.

• AWS Architect Certification is preferred.

Managerial & Leadership Skills

• Strong experience in Customer Data Strategy and Roadmap Development.

• Ability to provide cross-functional stakeholder leadership.

• Experience driving continuous improvement through process design, standardization, and methodology development.

• Ability to assess the feasibility, complexity, and scope of new capabilities and technology solutions.

• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and technical teams, including Architecture, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Delivery teams.

• Ability to ensure consistent solution design, integration, and alignment across enterprise initiatives.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Data Architecture, Cloud Data Solutions, or related fields.
