Business Analyst (2-4 years)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with(2-4) of experience to support business operations, requirements gathering, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, along with the flexibility to relocate anywhere in the U.S. Entry-level candidates who meet the criteria are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements

• Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making

• Work with cross-functional teams to improve business processes

• Support project teams in Agile ceremonies and documentation

• Prepare presentations, reports, and workflow diagrams

• Contribute to continuous improvement and team initiatives

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding ofbusiness analysis methodologies

• Experience inrequirements gathering and documentation

• Familiarity withAgile / Scrum concepts

• Ability to createprocess flows, user stories, and basic reports

• Working knowledge ofExcel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field

• 2-4 years of relevant experience

• Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn
