At Hub, we build and operate distributed, multimodal infrastructure that orchestrates large-scale real-world data pipelines from collection to enterprise delivery.

### The Core Pipeline

Our engineering team builds and scales infrastructure across four core layers:

* **Intelligent Distribution (HubApp):** Algorithmic matching engines that dispatch collection tasks to a verified network of global contributors based on hardware, location, and language profiles.
* **Automated ML Processing:** Modality-specific pipelines for audio and egocentric video, including voice activity detection, denoising, speaker diarization, synchronization, motion analysis, and contextual labeling.
* **HITL QA Engine:** Human-in-the-loop workflows that route processed assets to human verification nodes to ensure scope-of-work compliance.
* **Data & Vector Architecture:** Petabyte-scale data ingestion using object storage, PostgreSQL for metadata, and Qdrant for semantic indexing and asset retrieval.

* **The Robotics Frontier:** Building data pipelines for embodied AI using real-world first-person environmental and motion data to train advanced robot policies.

## What You Own

* **Grow our Instagram and TikTok in Brazil.** Instagram is the priority. You own the monthly content, the posting, and the numbers.
* **Turn our contributor network into content.** Hundreds of people across Brazil already record for Hub. Their stories are your raw material.
* **Brief and direct local creators and agencies.** You find them, you guide them, you keep them shipping.
* **Read the Brazilian internet for us.** Spot the trends, formats, and cultural moments worth jumping on, and bring proposals, not just screenshots.
* **Work alongside our marketing lead,** who runs global content and design. Brazil is yours.

## Your First Month

**Week 1.** Live the product. Understand what a Hub contributor actually does and why their data matters. You cannot sell a story you do not understand.

**Week 2 to 3.** Take over the Brazil accounts. Set the content rhythm. Line up your first creators. Ship.

**Week 4.** A running Brazil social operation. Content going out consistently, your first creator collaborations live, and early growth you can point to.

## Who You Are

* **Based in São Paulo.** This role is hybrid, not remote. You will be in our Itaim Bibi office and out in the field.
* **A sharp writer in English.** You will work with a US team every day, mostly in writing. Strong written English is the one filter we do not bend on. Your spoken English needs to hold a call.
* **A maker.** You can shoot and edit something yourself when you need to, and you know how to get more out of creators and a contributor network as you scale.
* **Fluent in Brazilian internet culture.** You know what plays on Instagram and TikTok here, and why.
* **Numbers literate.** You read your own analytics and know which post worked and why.
* **Proactive to a fault.** You bring ideas. You do not wait for a brief.
* **Curious about AI.** You do not need to be technical. You do need to care where this is going.

This is not for you if you want a fixed calendar handed to you every Monday and a manager approving every post.

It is for you if owning a country's social presence from zero makes you want to start today. No hard feelings either way.

## The Details

* Reports to **Dany, Head of Staff,** who runs Hub's Brazil operation
* Starts as a **contract role** with a clear path to full time for the right person
* **Compensation** is discussed on the call, based on your profile
* **Two to five years** of experience. You do not need a long resume. Ownership and drive matter more
