We're looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer accomplished in full life cycle recruiting from exceptional sourcing and negotiating skills through expert client engagement and management. You need an understanding of what it means to be in a compliance-driven environment and how security clearances can affect the recruiting game.
You will push the boundaries of space by pushing the boundaries of talent acquisition. Depth of understanding on how, when and why to execute in a high demand, technically dominant environment is a must, along with the professional business acumen to navigate a sophisticated and complex environment. Experience with Eightfold/SAP highly preferred

The write up looks good - looking for more sourcers Vs full-life cycle recruiters. Prefer Aerospace experience if possible and Eightfold experience is also desired.

Basic Qualifications :
- Significant experience with highly cleared national security sourcing
- 5+ years of corporate sourcing experience; Aerospace/Tech background strongly preferred
- Tech background is strongly preferred
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment at a very fast pace
-Experience hiring highly technical and highly cleared candidates in a short amount of time.
