Key Performance Indicators:
β Percentage of projects completed on time and within budget
β Tracks adherence to project schedules and milestones
β Efficiency and effectiveness improvements as a result of timely project execution
β Drive customer/stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication, expectation-setting, and execution
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
β Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
β Project manage major initiatives, including tracking critical path and subordinate tasks to ensure on-time completion of required milestones
β Develop and implement comprehensive process maps that illustrate bottlenecks and challenges in current practices and explore alternate paths for optimized workflows
β Create and maintain process maps for existing business processes
β Assist with process architecture and documentation for new or changing business processes
β Develop job aids and SOPs to support process updates and best practice adoption
β Completes update slides on key initiatives for keeping stakeholders and leaders informed
β Identifies standard practices for HR projects such as change management elements, expanded stakeholder alignment tasks, testing, detailed cutover plans, etc.
β Create communication plans to keep the organization informed and engaged
β Tracks the outcomes of process improvements to measure value and close business cases as required
Required Experience:
β 2-4 years of experience in process analysis and project management
β 2-4 years experience in HR process and technology-focused projects
β Proficiency in process mapping tools required (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
β Proficiency with project management software required (e.g. Smartsheet or similar)
β Experience with Workday or similar complex cloud-based HR software preferred

β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

β Focus on achieving measurable outcomes, setting objectives, and driving projects to successful completion.
β Capacity to think critically and creatively to overcome obstacles and find effective solutions
Formal Education, Qualifications, and Training:
β Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management or related field or equivalent experience
β Professional Certification in Project Management preferred (PMP or similar)
