Key Outputs

• Ensure relevant daily warehouse KPI’s are exceeded

• Comply to specifications of order type by customer within time and quality standards

• Ensure warehouse procedures are carried out safely within the framework of compliance to SOP's.

• Ensure duties are carried out to ensure achievement of warehouse performance standards. (i.e. Maintain parts stock, reduce stock loses/damages)

• Ensure accuracy of stock counts, picking, binning

• Effective investigation and resolution of all stock discrepancies and implement control measures.

• Maintain good housekeeping standards

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12

• Microsoft Excel will be an advantage

• 1-2 years warehouse and supply chain experience

• SAP&EWM Experience will be an advantage

• Investigative Orientation

• Problem solving

• Customer service orientation

• Good communication skills

• Be able to work independently

• Ability to follow instructions 100%

• Valid Driver’s License
