HR Associate – US Staffing

• Support recruitment activities for US Staffing requirements.
• Screen and shortlist candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in onboarding and HR documentation.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates
• Qualification:
• Any Degree.
• MBA (HR) Preferred.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 Years Experience candidates can apply.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Ability to work in night shift (US timings).
• Good coordination and organizational skills.
