About the Role

As an early member of the Customer Success team, you will play an integral part in establishing strong relationships with our customers post-sale. You will act as a strategic business partner to House Rx customers to drive the best outcomes for them and their patients, and communicate the financial success of the program.  You will collaborate closely with our Commercial, Clinical Operations and Product teams to ensure we’re proactively addressing customer needs and supporting new initiatives that contribute to program success and revenue generation for practices. You will be part of a team that lives itsvalues, collaborates cross-functionally and strives to build meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships with our partners. 

What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate relationships with a set of specialty practices, becoming a trusted partner and point of contact for practice leaders and decision makers. 
  • Analyze and communicate financial data to ensure the customer sees the value of the program
  • Facilitate regular (onsite and remote) meetings with practice stakeholders after go-live, ensuring key stakeholders are abreast of program performance and ROI, and facilitate and co-lead quarterly business reviews alongside our Clinical Operations team.
  • Support practices through the commercial aspects of the customer lifecycle including contract management, business services setup, financial reviews, invoicing and reporting.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers’ business and priorities, as well as House Rx offerings in order to be an advisor and thought partner on in-office dispensing, technology and industry trends. 
  • Leverage business analytics and collaborate with internal teams to identify new commercial growth opportunities and strategic initiatives to improve program performance.

Base Salary/Wage:  $120,000- $140,000 

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary/wage. The actual base salary/wage will depend on several factors, including experience, knowledge, and skills. Actual compensation packages may include other elements, such as bonus (only certain roles), equity, paid time off and benefits.

About You

  • You are customer obsessed!  You’re a relentlessly positive and collaborative problem-solver with a passion for building customer relationships and the ability to do so with stakeholders at all levels.  
  • You understand the revenue cycle of a clinic and can easily review and synthesize financial data to understand trends.  You are able to communicate financial data and trends effectively. 
  • You take a consultative approach to account management, working collaboratively through challenges and thinking creatively to find solutions
  • You’re a clear, proactive communicator and energetic presenter both remotely and in person; you have the ability to read the room and drive conversation toward mutually rewarding outcomes
  • Previous experience with specialty clinics or pharmacies, Revenue Cycle Management, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) or Distributors, EHR/PMS technology 
  • Minimum 5-7 years in a strategic account management or similar role in the healthcare industry
  • You have the ability and willingness to travel routinely, up to 50% travel required to customer sites
  • Previous start-up experience and comfort in a nuanced, fast-paced and completely remote environment preferred
