Job Description
Job PurposeProvide friendly, professional service to Wynn Palace guests and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and attract resort guests from both inside and outside Wynn
• Assist and support in planning and participating in player development events and promotional activities on the Main Floor
• Generate promotional ideas to attract more new players
• Hand out complimentary gifts, according to Company rules, to help build and maintain guest loyalty
Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Customer service and previous casino marketing experience preferred
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent
Knowledge/Certificates: Knowledge of table game regulations
Language Ability: Good Cantonese and Mandarin; English an advantage
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and typing skills (English and Chinese)
