Presales Consultant, Mexico

We are looking for a motivatedPresales Consultant (m/f/d) inMexico (ideally around Mexico City) tostart immediately or as soon as possible (on a contractor basis as contractor of record). You will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions. This role is crucial in driving revenue and building customer relationships.

• Engage with Hornetsecurity partners and end users incustomer projects to understand their security needs and requirements.
• Conductproduct demonstrations andpresentations to showcase the value and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions, accompany the installation and connection processes of our services. Both on-site as well as online.
• Assist in thetechnical aspects of proposals, Tenders and RFPs.
• Assist the support staff in dealing withcomplex issues, especially with international partners and customers.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and solutions.

• You have a university degree or a completed training in the IT field. Experience in the email security or backup market will be valued
• You have several years of professional experience in thefield of support, presales or consulting of IT solutions, ideally in an IT security environment.
• You have excellentcommunication skills and canpresent yourself competently and confidently to customers and partners.
• You enjoyconvincing customers and partners of Hornetsecurity Services on a technical level in presentations and web meetings.
• You are fluent inSpanish and English, both written and verbal.
• You tackle thingsproactively, prefer to complete tasks today rather than tomorrow, and enjoy working in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices, and tools.
• You have ahigh willingness to travel.
