- You design, develop and maintain internal web applications and automation tools using Python and Django.
- You develop new features and continuously improve existing applications in collaboration with Product Management and business stakeholders.
- You build and maintain integrations between internal and external systems using REST APIs.
- You automate manual and repetitive processes and contribute to AI-powered and agentic tools that improve operational efficiency.
- You work with relational databases, automated testing, Docker and Docker Compose.
- You participate in code reviews, ensure code quality and contribute to development best practices.
- You document applications and technical processes, manage tasks in Jira and support the troubleshooting and maintenance of existing applications.
- You have solid experience with Python and enjoy writing clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
- You have practical experience with Django, including views, forms, templates, models and authentication.
- You have a good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, particularly for server-rendered web applications and dynamic interfaces.
- You have experience working with REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, authentication and error handling.
- You have knowledge of SQL and relational databases; experience with PostgreSQL is an advantage.
- You are familiar with Git and common development workflows, including branching, pull requests and code reviews.
- You have experience with automated testing, debugging and improving code quality.
- You have a basic understanding of asynchronous processing and background workers.
- You are familiar with Docker and Docker Compose.
- You are comfortable working with Jira in an Agile development environment.
- You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
