As a Technical Referent, and in close collaboration with the sales representative in your region, you will support and guide our distributors and resellers. Your main responsibilities include:

• Presenting updates and new features of our solutions, training partners, and assisting them with deployment.

• Conductingproduct demonstrations.

• Contributing to theimprovement of solutions in collaboration with Product Management.

• ManagingPOCs: analyzing requirements and technical context, implementing the appropriate solution, reporting results, and providing recommendations for production deployment.

• Participating intrade shows, conferences, presentations, and webinars on dedicated topics.

• Keeping up withtechnology trends to stay at the forefront of market developments.

What about you?

• You have initial experience as aPre-Sales Engineer / Solution Architect within the IT sector.

• You are comfortable speaking in public and able to present ideas in a clear and accessible way.

• You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.

• You are willing to travel within your assigned region and occasionally nationwide.

A plus for your application

• Interest or knowledge incybersecurity (firewall, EDR, governance, backup) or in theemail environment (SMTP, MTA).

• Experience withMicrosoft M365 administration andExchange Online.

• Experience invirtualization (VMWare, Azure, or AWS).

• Knowledge ofLinux.

• Skills inscripting, API integration, and use ofSIEM orSOAR tools.
