Landscaper

Summary: Performs landscaping duties during routine landscape maintenance appointments and landscape repairs or projects. Includes, but not limited to planting, soil treatment, mowing, aerating, thatching, selective pruning, and irrigation repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Landscape Maintenance:
  • Perform routine landscape maintenance across various subscriber properties. Mowing, weeding, selective pruning and irrigation repairs.
  • Identify issues and recommendations to report back to the Landscape Manager.
• Landscape Repairs:
  • Repair irrigation systems and irrigation controllers.
  • Soil enrichment, replace plants, aerate and thatch lawns.
  • Hardscape repairs on pavers,
• Landscape Projects:
  • Trenching and backfill, drainage systems
  • New irrigation systems
  • Soil conditioning and large plant order installations
  • Paver surface installations
  • Stacked wall block installations
  • Miscellaneous hardscape installations
  • Equipment operation
  • General labor tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Landscape experience in high-net-worth jurisdictions like Atherton, Woodside, Los Altos Hills, Palo Alto, etc.
• Motivated to work.
• Independently resourceful problem solver, with team-focused results.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in landscape work
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish
• Valid driver’s license and insurance and auto insurance
