Role summary:This role supports Membership, Sam's Club Connect, and Marketing, partnering with leaders responsible for member acquisition, retention, engagement, advertising growth, and marketing investment. You will guide strategic decisions, evaluate growth opportunities, and ensure resources are deployed to maximize member value and business performance. Success will look like establishing yourself as a trusted advisor who combines strong analytical capabilities with sound business judgment. You will drive value by seeking to understand not only what happened, but why and guide what should happen next. You will help bring clarity to complex issues, provide fact-based recommendations, and influence outcomes through credibility, partnership, and execution.

What you'll do:
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic business decisions and long-term growth initiatives.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive financial models to guide budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals and risk management practices.
- Provide insightful management reporting and data analysis to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
- Drive the preparation and review of corporate financial plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor and guide finance teams to enhance performance and foster continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic business planning.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence organizational outcomes.
- Expertise in risk management and corporate finance to support sound decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and management reporting to drive business insights.
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems and data analysis to optimize financial operations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business strategies aligned with company goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
