🕙The Role

• Hours: [8:00pm – 7:00am] 

• Location: [Alton]

• Pay: Enhanced pay for nights 

As aWaking Night Care Assistant, you’ll stay awake and alert throughout the night, ensuring our residents receive the care and reassurance they need.

🌙What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide personal care and overnight support

• Carry out regular safety and wellbeing checks

• Respond promptly to requests for assistance

• Keep accurate records and handover notes for day staff

• Maintain a calm, homely environment while respecting privacy and dignity

• A caring, patient and reliable nature

• Ability to stay focused and alert throughout night shifts

• Previous care experience (Full training provided)

• Good communication and teamwork skills
