Rapid Response Care Professional

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Chester as a Rapid Response Care Professional.

As a Rapid Response Care Professional with Home Instead you will provide highly professional care services to older adults living in their own home including but not limited to

• Administering medication
• Personal care assistance
• Meal preparation and cooking
• Companionship
• Light household duties
• Shopping and errands

You will work on a rolling rota of 3 days on, 3 days off between the hours of 7.15am to 7.30pm with break each day between 2.30pm and 4pm

·          Previous experience in a Care Environment is essential

·          Level 3 qualification in adult social care is preferred or be willing to work towards a level 3 qualification.

·          You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.

·          You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

·          Full drivers' license and access to a reliable car.

·          Previous experience in a Care Environment is essential

·          Level 3 qualification in adult social care is preferred or be willing to work towards a level 3 qualification.
