Purpose of Role
šæĀ Live-In Carer ā Lovely Lady Client in LiphookĀ šæ
We are looking for a warm, caring, and reliableĀ live-in carerĀ to support aĀ lovely ladyĀ who lives in a peacefulĀ gated development in Liphook.
šĀ Schedule:
- Every Sunday 9:00am to Monday 9:15pm (weekly)
š°Salary:Ā
- Ā£125 per dayĀ

Opportunities Available:
- Daytime Care AssistantsĀ ā supporting clients with daily living, personal care, and companionship.
- Waking/SleepingĀ Night Care AssistantsĀ ā providing attentive overnight care for clients who require additional support through the night.Ā
Training & Development
All new Care Assistants will completeĀ 2 days of mandatory trainingĀ to prepare for their role. Throughout your employment, you will receiveĀ ongoing training and support, with opportunities to be assessed and signed off as competent in key care skills. We also provideĀ specialised ongoing training, including dementia care, to help you continuously develop your skills and deliver the highest quality care.

Our client is a kind and engaging lady with a wonderful life story ā she spent many years living inĀ India, and she loves sharing her experiences and photos from her travels.
She enjoys:
- Listening toĀ classical music
- Short walksĀ around the grounds
- Spending time withĀ visiting family
- Looking through and showing herĀ photo albums

Youāll provide friendly and professional support, including:
- Personal careĀ and daily routines
- Assistance with medication
- Meal preparation and light cooking
- CompanionshipĀ and meaningful conversation
- Encouragement to enjoy gentle activities and outings

Weāre looking for someone who is:
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Reliable and confident working independently
- Experienced in supporting someone withĀ sight impairmentĀ (helpful but not essential)
- A good communicator with a genuine interest in people
- Compassion & empathy:Ā A warm, approachable personality with the ability to connect meaningfully with older people
- Professionalism:Ā A dedicated and responsible approach, with a genuine passion for delivering the highest quality of care
- Communication skills:Ā A positive outlook and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English
- Eligibility:Ā The right to work in the UK
- Mobility:Ā A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel between client visits is required
