Head of Live in Client Experience

Home Instead is dedicated to providing exceptional, person-centred care that empowers older adults to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.

We are seeking an experiencedMulti-Site Head of Live-in Client Experience to join our warm and supportive team.

This role will be primarily based at ourGodalming office, with responsibility for overseeing our Live-in Client Services acrossHome Instead Guildford and Woking,Home Instead Godalming, andHome Instead Elmbridge and East Spelthorne.

Join Home Instead and help shape and deliver our exceptional live-in care services for older adults.

• Manage and support live-in clients and support the Head of Live in People Experience

• Complete consultations, assessments, care plans & risk assessments

• Maintain accurate digital records

• Carry out client reviews and follow-up actions

• Build relationships with clients, families & professionals

• Coordinate live-in introductions and handovers

• Promote services locally & online to grow client base

• Support recruitment and participate in on-call rota

• Participate in on-call duties as required.

         About You

• Experience in live-in care or similar role (preferred)

• Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent would be beneficial to the role

• Strong communication & organisational skills

• Passionate about person-centred care

• Experience of working with MAR sheets and medication in a supervisory role

• UK driving licence preferred and means of transport if required to visit clients within the territory
