We are looking for aGroup Registered Manager to oversee our Home Instead offices on the East side of ourMidlands Enterprise Group, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and business expansion.
As aGroup Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead and supportRegistered Managers to drive business growth and outstanding care.
- Ensure fullregulatory compliance, striving forOutstanding ratings across all territories.
- Develop and implementstrategic initiatives to increaseclient numbers and market share.
- Overseecare quality, risk assessments, and continuous improvement across the business.
- Inspire and develophigh-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Engage withlocal communities and stakeholders to enhance Home Instead’s presence.
- MonitorKPIs and business performance, ensuring efficiency and sustainable growth.
You’ll be amotivational leader with a strong track record incare management and business development.
You will have:
✔Extensive experience in the domiciliary care sector.
✔ Proven ability tolead, manage, and develop teams.
✔ Strong knowledge ofCQC regulations and a commitment to compliance and quality.
✔ A passion forgrowing services while maintaining high care standards.
✔ Excellentcommunication and influencing skills.
✔ A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
✔ Afull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
