The Domiciliary Care Worker is responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes. The role involves helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, safety, and wellbeing while supporting them with day-to-day tasks in line with their individual care plans.
We are offering minimum hour contracts.
- Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training may be provided.
- A caring nature and genuine interest in supporting people to live well at home.
- Ability to follow care plans, policies, and procedures accurately.
- Good written and spoken English to complete care records and communicate effectively.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle isĀ required due toĀ the location and nature of the calls.
This role may involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, depending on client needs and agreed working arrangements. Flexibility is important to ensure continuity of care.
