We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our outstanding team in WirralĀ as a Care Professional.Ā 

As a Care Professional with Home Instead you will provide a range of careĀ services to older adultsĀ living in their ownĀ home including a mix of:

  • Companionship
  • Light household duties
  • Shopping and errands
  • Meal preparation and cooking
  • Administering medication
  • Personal care assistance

Whilst we aim to make our working patterns asĀ flexible as possible, some weekend working is also required to support your clients' needs.

Particular qualifications are not required to become a Care Professional as you will receive full training. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience.

You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.Ā You must also be dependable, trustworthy and respectful, andĀ enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

A full drivers' license and access to a reliable car are preferable.
