Your Role as a Care Professional

As an active retiree or semi-retired individual, you bring something incredibly valuable: time, understanding, and a wealth of real-life experience. As a Home Instead Care Professional, you’ll use these qualities to enrich the lives of others—while staying active and earning extra income.

What you’ll be doing:

• Unhurried, Quality Visits: Our minimum1-hour visits mean you have time to chat, connect, and build meaningful relationships.
• Companionship & Support: Offer friendly conversation, emotional support, and encouragement with everyday activities.
• Personal Care with Dignity: Help clients feel safe and comfortable while maintaining their independence.
• Out & About: Accompany clients on walks, shopping trips, and social outings—keeping them connected to their community.

To support clients effectively, we ask that you hold avalid driving licence and have access to areliable car.

Qualifications

No Previous Experience Required
