The opportunity

Moves and stores materials/products using a combination of manual labor and low complexitymachinery/equipment(e.g., forklifts and conveyors) including Handling and maintaining flow ofmaterials and products according to established guidelines. Logging the movement of incoming and outgoing materials andproducts. Operating low complexitymotorized and non-motorized material handling equipment An ExperiencedPara-Professional requires knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities may include Problems are typically of a routine nature but may require some analysis to understand. Works under moderate to limited supervision for routine situations. Communicates information that requires explanation orinterpretation.

How you’ll make an impact

• Design and optimize the rack layout & material flow to gain highefficiency.
• Modify the warehouse layout for kitting and sequencing area, to achieve shortest movement in warehouse and good usage of warehouse space.
• Kitting of material as per the Production Order and PickList. Prepare the GRN inSAP. Handling all incoming material flow with properdocumentation.
• Experience in loading and unloading Row and Finishedgoods.
• Create the Subcontracting challan to sendmaterial tovendorforrework.
• In charge of material feeding to production line timely and accurately and keep minimum WIP at the same time.
• Responsible for periodical inventory counting as perneed. Provide logistic support on cross function team.
• Be responsible for designing the FG delivery package to ensure picking efficiency, packing efficiency, and safety and cost efficiency.
• Continuously improve logistic efficiency by introducing automationtechnology, especiallyfor the logistic process and warehouse set-up.
• Lead and participate lean activities in the shop floor. 5S, Visual management, value stream mapping, layout and logistics improvement.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Diploma in Mechanical and electricalengineering.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of professional work experience inWarehouse.
• Knowledge of the MSExcel. SAPKnowledge
• Ability to operate industrial equipment, including cranes andforklifts.
• Ability to read and understand engineeringdrawings
• Previous manufacturing experience isdesirable.
• Experienceinleanmanufacturingincluding5S,Kaizen,A3,PDCA,etc.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
