Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented TA (Talent Acquisition) Location professional to join our global team at Hitachi, Ltd. This role will be instrumental in supporting and coordinating various talent acquisition activities across specific geographical regions, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Job Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and meetings for candidates and hiring managers across designated locations.
* Manage candidate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements in compliance with company policies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for assigned locations.
* Support the TA team in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation for new hires.
* Act as a primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries.
* Assist with various administrative tasks related to talent acquisition, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
* Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand specific location-based recruitment needs and challenges.
* Participate in and support local recruitment events, career fairs, and university outreach programs as needed.
* Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local employment laws and company policies.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
* Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of general HR principles and recruitment processes.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional local languages relevant to the assigned locations is a plus.
