Job Description:

Job Summary**

Perform general labor tasks to support manufacturing, production, or operational processes at Hitachi, Ltd. This role contributes to the efficient and safe execution of various projects and daily operations.

Job Responsibilities**

* Operate and maintain a variety of tools, machinery, and equipment as directed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
* Assist in the assembly, fabrication, and packaging of products or components.
* Load, unload, and transport materials and finished goods within the facility.
* Perform quality checks and inspections on products and materials, reporting any defects or discrepancies.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including general housekeeping duties.
* Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or general labor role is preferred but not required.
* Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to X lbs) and stand for extended periods.
* Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
