Du hast langjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Projektmanagement und möchtest Verantwortung für spannende Kundenprojekte übernehmen? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! In unserem Team in Mannheim arbeitest Du an der Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Projekte im Bereich der Schutz- und Steuerungstechnik für Hoch- und Mittelspannungsschaltanlagen. Gemeinsam mit unseren weltweiten Kunden und externen Partnern sorgst Du für eine reibungslose Projektabwicklung – technisch wie kommerziell. Mit Deinem Know-how und Engagement trägst Du aktiv dazu bei, nachhaltige und effiziente Lösungen für die Energieversorgung und -übertragung von morgen zu gestalten.

Das kannst du bewirken

• Übernahme der Verantwortung für lokale und internationale Projekte im Bereich Stationsautomatisierung 

• Steuerung von Projekten für Mittel- und Hochspannungsschaltanlagen, Windparks (On- und Offshore), Industrieanlagen sowie Hydro-, Solar-, Bahn- und Metro-Energieversorgungssysteme 

• Eigenständige Leitung von Projekten von der Verkaufsübergabe bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme vor Ort 

• Koordination internationaler Teams aus Engineering, Fertigung, Prüfung und Inbetriebnahme 

• Funktion als zentrale Ansprechperson mit Fokus auf eine offene, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern 

• Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Projektabwicklung inklusive vertraglicher und kommerzieller Verantwortung 

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem Technical Project Manager für technische Fragestellungen

Das bringst du mit 

• Motivation, die Energiewende aktiv mitzugestalten und die Stromversorgung nachhaltiger sowie effizienter zu machen 

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Elektrotechnik sowie Erfahrung in Industrie- oder Infrastrukturprojekten 

• Langjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und in der Führung internationaler, standortübergreifender Teams 

• Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z. B. IPMA, PMI oder PMP) von Vorteil 

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie ein professionelles Stakeholder-Management 

• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreude und eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise 

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Change- und Claim Management 

• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis über kommerzielle Projektkennzahlen

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
