Pour amĂ©liorer l’efficacitĂ© du dĂ©partement Maintenance et GĂ©nie Industriel, nous recherchons un(e) spĂ©cialiste technique. Vous contribuerez Ă  la fiabilitĂ© des Ă©quipements, optimiserez les outils de gestion et soutiendrez les opĂ©rations. Ce rĂŽle vous permettra de dĂ©velopper vos compĂ©tences et de participer Ă  des projets stimulants.

Comment vous ferez la différence

  • Élaborer et mettre Ă  jour les plans de maintenance prĂ©ventive dans Guide TI.

  • Planifier les opĂ©rations et Ă©tablir les horaires hebdomadaires en limitant les interruptions.

  • Optimiser l’utilisation du logiciel Guide TI et assurer la mise Ă  jour des bons de travail.

  • Participer au diagnostic des arrĂȘts et analyser les causes de pannes.

  • Proposer des solutions pour rĂ©duire les coĂ»ts et amĂ©liorer la sĂ©curitĂ©.

  • Soutenir l’équipe de maintenance dans la rĂ©alisation des interventions.

  • Participer Ă  la mise en service des projets d’installation de nouveaux Ă©quipements.

  • GĂ©rer les contrats d’entretien avec des fournisseurs externes.

  • VĂ©rifier la rĂ©ception des piĂšces et maintenir l’inventaire Ă  jour.

  • Effectuer des achats critiques via Guide TI et SAP en cas d’urgence.

  • DĂ©velopper et analyser les indicateurs de performance pour amĂ©liorer l’efficacitĂ©.

  • Responsable de la conformitĂ© aux rĂšglements, procĂ©dures et directives internes et externes.

Votre profil

  • DEC en mĂ©canique, Ă©lectromĂ©canique, maintenance industrielle ou domaine connexe.

  • 3 Ă  5 ans d’expĂ©rience en entretien industriel ou planification de maintenance.

  • Bonne connaissance en mĂ©canique et Ă©quipements industriels.

  • MaĂźtrise des outils informatiques : Guide TI, SAP, MS Project, Suite Office.

  • CapacitĂ© Ă  travailler dans un environnement avec des prioritĂ©s changeantes.

  • Leadership, sens de l’organisation et aptitude Ă  gĂ©rer plusieurs projets.

  • Français et anglais (oral et Ă©crit).

The Opportunity

Join the Hitachi Energy plant in Varennes, with over 50 years of expertise and more than 300 employees. We manufacture high-power transformers and shunt reactors. To improve the efficiency of the Maintenance and Industrial Engineering department, we are looking for a Technical Specialist. You will contribute to equipment reliability, optimize management tools, and support operations. This role will allow you to develop your skills and take part in exciting projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and update preventive maintenance plans in Guide TI.

  • Plan operations and set weekly schedules while minimizing production interruptions.

  • Optimize the use of Guide TI software and ensure work orders are updated.

  • Participate in troubleshooting and analyze root causes of breakdowns.

  • Propose solutions to reduce costs and improve safety.

  • Support the maintenance team in carrying out interventions.

  • Take part in commissioning projects for new equipment installations.

  • Manage maintenance contracts with external suppliers.

  • Verify receipt of parts and keep spare parts inventory up to date.

  • Make critical purchases through Guide TI and SAP in emergencies.

  • Develop and analyze performance indicators to improve efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • College diploma (DEC) in mechanics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or maintenance planning.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanics and industrial equipment.

  • Proficiency with IT tools: Guide TI, SAP, MS Project, Office Suite.

  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities.

  • Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.

  • French and English (spoken and written).

  • Candidate must have valid work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
