This is00an opportunity to influence a factory on the rise, where continuous improvement is at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll work hands-on within our Focus Factory, using our Lean Management system (ITM) to lead meaningful change across the entire value stream. From enhancing safety and quality to improving delivery and cost performance, your work will directly impact our operational success. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach others, and help build a culture rooted in accountability, engagement, and innovation.

How You'll Make an Impact
Drive continuous improvement using Lean/ITM principles and tools
Partner across teams to eliminate waste and optimize processes
Lead Kaizen events to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Support deployment and maturity of the ITM system
Coach and train teams on Lean tools and problem-solving methods
Lead cost reduction initiatives and process improvements
Promote a culture of accountability and employee engagement
Influence and guide teams through sustainable change
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
1+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement
Experience with Lean systems (e.g., ITM, TPS, Danaher, Honeywell)
Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to work across all levels in a fast-paced environment
Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
