Job Summary:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Diploma Trainees to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY INDIA LIMITED. Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist senior engineers and technicians in various project phases, including design, development, testing, and commissioning of energy-related equipment and systems.
* Support in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, or control systems.
* Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic repairs under supervision.
* Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
* Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
* Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and professional skills.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate progress and challenges to supervisors.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental objectives.
Job Qualifications:**
* Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
