1.AI Democratization Consulting
• Lead enterprise AI adoption and business transformation initiatives
• Identify and design high-impact AI use cases across business operations
• Design AI-enabled workflows and operational processes
• Support enterprise-wide AI adoption and change management activities
• Deliver AI training and enablement programs for clients

2.Tacit Knowledge Structuring
• Analyze business operations and identify critical tacit knowledge
• Conduct interviews and workshops with business users and management
• Structure operational knowledge into reusable digital assets
• Support development of AI-ready knowledge frameworks and repositories

3.Client Communication
• Build strong relationships with clients and executive stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and client meetings
• Explain project status, recommendations, and transformation approaches
• Conduct presentations and discussions in English

4.Engineering & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with AI, data, and system engineering teams
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Coordinate implementation activities across teams
• Communicate with global and Japanese teams in English

5.Business Development Support
• Support proposal development and client presentations
• Contribute to AI thought leadership activities
• Build relationships with ecosystem partners, universities, and communities
