You will support customers using Network Manager, our SCADA/EMS/GMS platform, ensuring their systems run smoothly in production. How you'll make an impact
- Provide first-line support to customers using Network Manager.
- Manage and resolve incoming support requests from utility and power companies.
- Support planned and unplanned outage management processes.
- Assist customers with SCADA, EMS, and GMS systems in live production environments.
- Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and find solutions quickly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your background
- Experience in technical support or a similar engineering role.
- Knowledge of SCADA, EMS, or GMS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple support tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
