  • Nous recherchons une personne intĂ©ressĂ©e par un poste au sein d’un leader du marchĂ© des infrastructures Ă©lectriques. Vous participerez Ă  des projets de grande envergure dĂ©diĂ©s Ă  la transmission d’énergie verte.
  • Vous ferez partie du dĂ©partement Installation HVDC de Hitachi Energy, une organisation mondiale prĂ©sente dans plus de 15 pays, responsable de l’exĂ©cution de toutes les activitĂ©s d’installation mĂ©canique et Ă©lectrique dans nos projets Ă  travers le monde.
  • Vous dirigerez une Ă©quipe d’experts en installation et serez responsable de l’installation et des essais des Ă©quipements Ă©lectriques et mĂ©caniques fournis par Hitachi Energy. Pour mener Ă  bien ces travaux, vous et votre Ă©quipe superviserez des sous-traitants. En tant que Responsable Installation, vous serez chargĂ©(e) de planifier, coordonner et piloter l’équipe Hitachi Energy afin d’atteindre les objectifs et jalons du projet en matière de sĂ©curitĂ©, qualitĂ©, dĂ©lais et budget.

Comment vous aurez un impact

  • Votre mission principale sera de gĂ©rer les installations sur site (AC et DC) dans le cadre de projets internationaux de haute tension.
  • Participer Ă  la sous-traitance des travaux liĂ©s Ă  l’installation.
  • Lire et comprendre la documentation contractuelle afin de garantir une exĂ©cution conforme.
  • Diriger la prĂ©paration et la planification des activitĂ©s d’installation dès les premières phases du projet.
  • Superviser et encadrer les sous-traitants sur site afin d’assurer la rĂ©alisation des travaux efficacement et de manière rentable, conformĂ©ment aux règles de sĂ©curitĂ©, aux normes de qualitĂ© et aux exigences contractuelles.
  • Contribuer Ă  la planification et Ă  la mise en Ĺ“uvre des activitĂ©s d’installation sur site.
  • Coordonner les activitĂ©s d’installation avec le Site Manager et les parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Manager et accompagner les superviseurs d’installation.
  • Collaborer avec le bureau d’études pour garantir la disponibilitĂ© de la documentation nĂ©cessaire sur site et fournir les mises Ă  jour pour les dossiers « tel que construit » (as-built).
  • Maintenir de bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs internes et externes.

Votre profil

  • Formation technique, idĂ©alement diplĂ´mĂ©(e) en gĂ©nie Ă©lectrique ou mĂ©canique, ou expĂ©rience Ă©quivalente dans les travaux d’installation sur des projets de grande envergure.
  • 6 Ă  8 ans d’expĂ©rience professionnelle minimum dans un domaine pertinent.
  • ExpĂ©rience en management d’équipe requise.
  • ExpĂ©rience en gestion d’installation requise.
  • ExpĂ©rience prĂ©alable en installation Ă©lectrique et/ou mĂ©canique requise.
  • Une expĂ©rience dans des projets HVDC, FACTS ou de postes Ă©lectriques est un plus.
  • MaĂ®trise indispensable de l’anglais, Ă  l’écrit comme Ă  l’oral ; d’autres langues sont un atout.

The opportunity

  • We are looking for a person who is interested in working for a market leader in the electrical power infrastructure business. You would be working in large scale projects focused on enabling transmission of green energy.
  • You will become part of the Hitachi Energy HVDC Installation Department, a global organization with team members in 15+ countries, responsible for executing all mechanical and electrical installation activities in our delivery projects worldwide.
  • You will be leading a team of installation experts, being responsible for the installation and testing of electrical and mechanical equipment procured and delivered by Hitachi Energy. To perform the works under your responsibility, you and the rest of the installation team will manage subcontractors performing the works. You as Installation Manager would be responsible to plan, coordinate and manage the Hitachi Energy team at your disposal to assure project targets and milestones related to safety, quality, time schedule and budget are met.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Your main mission will be to Manage installations on site (both AC and DC) in high voltage installation global projects.
  • Support in subcontracting works related to installation.
  • Read and understand contractual documentation in order to deliver in accordance with it.
  • Lead preparation and planning of installation activities in early project stages.
  • Manage and guide subcontractors on site to ensure completion of all installation activities efficiently and cost-effectively, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Contribute to planning and implementation of installation activities on site.
  • Coordinate the installation activities with the Site Manager and other internal and external stakeholders on site.
  • Manage and coach Installation Supervisors.
  • Coordinate with engineering office to assure needed documentation is used at site during execution and provide mark-ups for as-built project documentation.
  • Maintain good relationships to internal and external suppliers.

Your background 

  • You have a technical education, preferably with a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Or have acquired previous experience in electrical- or mechanical installation work in large scale projects.
  • You have at least 6-8 years of work experience within relevant field.
  • Experience from managing people is required.
  • Experience of installation management is required.
  • Previous experience in electrical and/or mechanical installation is required
  • Previous experience from HVDC, FACTS or Substation projects are preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is must, written and spoken alike, whereas additional languages are a plus.
