How you’ll make an impact

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and align solutions with industry standards.

  • You will support the implementation of new product features in the mechanical design platform and contribute to risk analysis and help develop mitigation strategies for project success.

  • You will participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning and retrospective also assist in testing and debugging to ensure software quality and performance.

  • You will learn from experienced engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team and help drive innovation by incorporating user feedback and proposing enhancements.

  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • You can be currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in design engineering and software development.

  • Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as Creo is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C, C#, Java, Python, VB, C++, etc.).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Willingness to learn and contribute in a global, collaborative environment.
