How you'll make an impact
Support planning and purchasing teams to optimize supply and demand activities
Develop long-term planning based on SE&OP inputs
Apply lean concepts to improve process flow and operational efficiency
Coordinate NPI meetings and support new product introduction processes
Monitor customer requirements and follow up on supply performance
Participate in demand planning, sales projections, and SCM escalation calls
Maintain clear communication across functions and escalate issues as needed
Support document control and ensure accuracy of operational record
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Responsible to assist P&FF Manager to lead planning and purchasing groups, ensuring optimized functioning of the supply demand activities and achieving maximum efficiency of resources.
Develops long term planning based SE&OP inputs.
Adopts lean concepts to streamline processes to achieve process flow efficiency.
Plans for efficient operation, allowing access to products as well as segmenting different product types from each other.
Your background
Bachelorās degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in materials, planning, or supply chain roles
Experience leading or coordinating teams in materials or planning areas
Strong understanding of supply chain, demand planning, and SE&OP processes
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
Proficiency in relevant systems or tools (ERP, reporting, or similar)
