Hitachi Energy is seeking a highly organized and motivated, detail-oriented Transport and Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the inbound transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Execute and support day-to-day outbound transportation and logistics activities for FF Bulgaria within the TT&L CoE organization, in line with defined global and regional processes.
- Create, process, and manage all outbound shipments exclusively in SAP TM, ensuring full system compliance and adherence to the designed global blueprint
- Prepare, verify, and maintain outbound transport and shipping documentation (e.g. delivery notes, CMRs, packing lists), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
- Coordinate transport bookings with approved carriers and logistics partners based on shipment plans and instructions provided by the Outbound Transportation Team Leader.
- Monitor shipment execution and delivery status in SAP TM, proactively following up on delays, deviations, or data inconsistencies and escalating operational issues when required.
- Collect, organize, and perform first-level checks of freight documents and transport invoices, supporting freight settlement and cost control activities within TTL.
- Act as an operational interface between outbound logistics, warehouse, production, and planning, teams for daily shipment-related topics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by ensuring high master data quality, identifying recurring operational issues, and strictly following standardized outbound logistics and SAP TM processes.
Working with Global Trade Services (GTS) system.
Your background:
Bachelor’s degree;
Previous experience on similar position;
Good level of written and verbal communication in English;
Good knowledge in MS-Office products (Outlook and Excel);
Experience with SAP will be consider as an advantage;
Good communication and negotiation skills.
