• Supplier Quality performance monitor and continues improvement, especial For C3 parts, inspection process improvement and quality tool usage.
• ,（特别是C3件的管理）检验流程的改进和质量工具的使用。
• Fast action to all issues happened in incoming material and production process, root cause analysis and follow up corrective actions with 6 sigma/8D.
• IQC和生产线上出现的 质量问题(NCR), 用质量工具对质量问题进行分析和跟进。
• Make and update inspection plan, work together with SCM colleagues for sample release.
• Use P-FEMA, MSA and process capability analysis and monitoring for quality control of production line products.

• Responsible for CCPR analysis. Find the root cause make the action plan to customers.
