Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact
Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Design and optimize production layouts, workflows, and material handling systems
Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation
Conduct time, motion, and capacity studies to improve resource utilization
Partner with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and processes
Apply lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping for continuous improvement
Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and waste reduction
Support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related engineering field
3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering within manufacturing
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods
Experience with process mapping, time studies, and facility layout design
Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
