The opportunity
Join our Common Shared Services Finance team in Tallinn and play a meaningful role in supporting accounting activities across multiple European countries. In this position, you will gain broad exposure to international finance operations while building a strong foundation in accounting within a collaborative shared services environment.

How you’ll make an impact

• You support daily accounting activities that keep financial data accurate.
• You help prepare clear and reliable financial reports. 
• You review, investigate, and reconcile accounting accounts. 
• You support internal control checks and testing activities.
• You prepare structured documentation that supports audits and reviews.
• You work closely with colleagues across the finance team. 
• You follow safety and integrity standards in everything you do. 

Your background

• You have a degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• You communicate clearly in written and spoken English. 
• You have a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• You enjoy working with numbers and financial data.
• You approach tasks in a structured and analytical way.
• You collaborate well with colleagues and stakeholders. 
• You can organize your work and meet deadlines.
