Power transformers are essential components of modern energy infrastructure. They regulate voltage levels and enable the efficient transmission of electricity from generation sources to end users.

Position: Electrical Design Engineer – Power Transformers (f/m/d)

Location: Łódź

As anElectrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing the electrical part of power transformers—from concept development and technical documentation to production support.

How you'll make an impact

  • Design and develop electrical solutions for power transformers, including:
    • core calculations,
    • winding design,
    • insulation system and cooling system design.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout project execution.
  • Collaborate with customers to define technical requirements and participate in design reviews.
  • Prepare material specifications and bills of materials for production.
  • Develop and maintain technical and design documentation.
  • Provide technical support and supervision during the manufacturing process.
  • Work closely with international project teams.
     

Your background

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Creo or similar tool
  • Communicative level of English and Polish
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
