The opportunity
Document Controller is responsible for leading the Document control Aspects of Routine Test Reports and Work instructions, controlling the quality of Document, Maintaining the Master List for Each Project in respective lines, and on time Delivery of the RTR Reports.
How you’ll make an impact       Â
- Understanding technically of how to read the SLD.
- Responsible for any corrections in the SFM Board for all lines (TR+ SPU Line).
- Updating the excel sheet monthly.
- Project calls (receiving the inputs).
- Responsible for any corrections in the SFM Board for all lines (STR).
- Printing of resistance documents from SAP pro using VA03 T- code and to check the availability and readiness of checklist in the line.
- Preparing the pre report ELK- 3 (Excel formats) to get ready before starting of the projects.
- Understanding ACTAS and to extract the tests reports from ACTAS/MES.
- Maintaining the tool list and its corresponding documents.
- Leading items to be maintained and alert for consumables and need to attend SFM meetings of what’s going cross- functional teams.
- Following up with MES teams if automated test reports not working via MES and to achieves / backup the .brk files with regular intervals and to protect the files from files corruptions.
- Coordinating with quality for document revision/ process stream mapping (PSM) and to coordinate with quality for document revision / process stream mapping (PSM).
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your backgroundÂ
- A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline is required.
- 2+ Years of experience in production facility (assembly & testing).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Reading and understanding of technical drawing and material lists with a diverse group.
- Understanding lean concept & minimizing all related 7 wastes.
- Good verbal & written communications skills and ability to interact with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written in English & Arabic language is required.
