How you’ll make an impact
Job description
- Act as finance business partner to LSU controllers and support on daily operational controlling activities.
- Perform the analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast.
- Supports the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, etc.
- Collaborate and work with local controlling units together, to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance.
- Support the process optimization and standardization
- Support the FCM setup and validation
- Implement internal controls and related coordination tasks
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, Finance, Accounting.
- Depth knowledge and 3+ year operational experience in Finance and Controlling, especially in manufacturing company
- Depth knowledge and experience in SAP and digitalization tools
- Strategic, critical and analytical thinking capabilities
- Fast learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership, capability of working under pressure
- Fluent English skill
