In this impactful position, you will lead Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, partnering with leaders and teams to proactively identify risks, strengthen compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead the development and execution of campus-wide HSE strategies and initiatives.
  • Foster a proactive safety culture focused on risk reduction and serious incident prevention.
  • Maintain and continuously improve HSE management systems across multiple locations.
  • Partner with leadership teams to integrate HSE priorities into business decisions and operational plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national HSE regulations and standards.
  • Monitor performance trends, analyze risks, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to campus leaders and HSE professionals.
  • Collaborate across sites to identify, share, and implement HSE best practices.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of Health, Safety, and Environment experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and HSE management systems.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, solve complex problems, and influence across matrixed organizations.
