How you’ll make an impact

  • You conduct legal research and provide analysis on business-related topics.

  • You support the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs.

  • You contribute to corporate governance processes and best practices.

  • You provide legal guidance on business law, ethics, and integrity matters.

  • You help identify and mitigate potential conflicts of interest.

  • You draft, review, and support negotiation of contracts and legal documents.

  • You ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.

  • You collaborate with internal teams to resolve legal challenges.

  • You stay updated on changes in legislation and regulatory requirements.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
     

Your background

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law.

  • You have knowledge of business law and legal practices.

  • You understand compliance programs and corporate governance principles.

  • You are able to conduct legal research and provide practical advice.

  • You are familiar with conflict of interest management.

  • You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • You communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

  • You have experience working under pressure and understand the responsibility of the role.
