SUMMARY: The UV Impact Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating community fairs, tracking resident events, and developing relationships with resource partners to provide valuable services and opportunities for residents across 15–20 properties. This position requires regular travel between properties and strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

General Duties/Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations and community partners, documenting partnership activity and notes in Monday.com.
• Coordinate launch events for newly onboarded properties, ensuring all event logistics and programming needs are addressed.
• Develop and distribute monthly newsletters and event flyers for assigned properties.
• Post content across Facebook/Instagram, the ResMan Blog, and Bulletin.io.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, organization, and the ability to work effectively with onsite staff, customers, supervisors, corporate office associates, and partners.
• Travel to assigned properties to host community fairs.
• Prepare and complete accurate quarterly reporting.
• Coordinate annual Impact Days for assigned regions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCIES

• Traveling required
• Monday.com and Canva experience a plus
• Business acumen and customer service-oriented demeanor
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a high paced, high volume and deadline driven environment
• Work chameleon; be adaptable to full autonomy or a team player
